Happy Birthday Sarah (Feb. 2nd) and Kennedy (Feb. 6th)!!! We started the week with yummy treats and ended the week with yummy treats! On Tuesday, the 3rd, our class participated in a live video conference with workers from The Bronx Zoo in New York! They taught us many things about the Rain Forest. In math, we started learning about probability and graphing. But keep practicing adding and subtracting two digit numbers with regrouping! In Social Studies, we began research for our "Famous for a Day" project. More info will go home next week about this project. Literacy Assessments are coming to a close so Guided Reading groups will start meeting again real soon. Congratulations Emerson for joining Principal's Math Club this week! Lots of things to write about next week.... field trip and Valentine's Day party!
